These delicious sweet pancakes can be enjoyed at any time of day; either on their own or with butter, chocolate spread, honey, etc…
They can be reheated either in a frying pan, with a knob of salted butter or else in a micro wave oven for 10 seconds.
To give them a little crispness, fold them in 4, with a smear of butter on them, and either grill them or toast them lightly.

These pancakes either plain, with apple, filled with chocolate or with caramel, can be eaten at any time of day, but also make a tasty dessert when accompanied by ice-cream, caramel sauce or whipped cream.
